If you receive a damaged or inaccurate product, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all shipping expenses are non-refundable. Our 14-day return policy applies. We regret that if 14 days have gone since your items were delivered, we will be unable to provide you with any type of return.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Only partial reimbursements are available in some circumstances (if applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are custom printed based on the requirements you provide us with the moment you place your order. The item we print for you is determined by details such as size, garment color, graphic, and so on. Please double-check your order to ensure that the product details are correct. Unless the error was our fault, we cannot provide refunds for size, clothing color, or incorrect graphic errors.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded (minus shipping costs). Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
